Outside looks very presentable; however, the rooms are damp, musty, and have a terrible odor. The bathroom is dirty and in disrepair. Simply needed a place to stay for a funeral and regret not staying at a higher quality venue.

Friendly staff. Free takeaway breakfast (precovid would have likely been a sit down buffet). All day complimentary coffee. Room has fridge and microwave, no safe. The look of the place could be freshened up a bit (cover for the desk chair in the room was totally worn down) but otherwise it was fine.

this place was very good for the price but the smell when you walk in and in the rooms is very unpleasant, the shower has no place to put the soap/shampoo. Breakfast was very good, but small space.

Disgusting

Pros: Location to my destination.
Cons: CLEAN! Remodel.
Location: Not much.
If not for the location I would have walked out right away. There was dry urine allover the toilet seat, the bowl and the floor. There was pubic hair on the walls, tub and floor. The floors were worn and filthy. The HVAC unit was old and noisy and stunk when on. The whole hotel had a nasty fragrance throughout. I complained to the front desk and they attempted to clean the toilet. Very poorly. I've stayed at better hotels for the same rate.

Close to our event but ...

Room was dirty and smelled musty. Woman at the front desk was just miserable and appeared to find her guests very annoying. probably an old hotel that got a renovation maybe 8 years ago and now has a lazy staff. Small breakfast. Overall about a C with a good location. Get watcha pay for.

Nice hotel in the Vernon area.

Location: Beautiful area of southern NY, northern NJ.
The hotel is a chain but seemed to be individually handled well and reasonably priced. The signage was not easy to see coming from the west. The room was comfortable and clean with a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was decent for a chain.
