The property was clean, but multiple maintenance issues were apparent. Lights in the stairwells were either burnt out or blinking on/off rapidly. The dishwasher is our room had a sign that it wasn’t working, although we had no reason to use it. The breakfast was OK, but some meat options (besides sausage gravy) would have been nice. The biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were so hard they had to be a week old.

I stayed in rm 113 which so happens to be a handicap room. The carpet was a little worse for wear. The sofa has seen better days. The arm of it was dirty! The shower ( if you want to call if that…) was in bad shape. The pressure was bad, the shower it self was inoperable. The rooms need some attention.

Check in with prepaid reservation was painfully slow. Breakfast items were limited and they ran out. Coffee was weaker than tea. Property is rundown and in disrepair.
