Private beach and close to bus station to go to Punda, Caracas Bay, Papagayo and Zanzibar beach.Good location close de Mambo beach and many restaurants, close to Sea Aquarium.

I read the reviews, but I must have overlooked the fact that this is a timeshare. The rooms were average with a regular tub/ shower combo. It felt like a home vs a hotel experience. They a have a late check in and early check out. If you request a later check out you have to pay an extra fee starting at $25. The shuttles to downtown and the grocery store are very convenient. However, the schedule is very limited. Taxi from the resort to punda are $20 each way and $25 after 11pm. It would be great if the shuttle ran more often. There werenā€™t many interactive activities on the resort. They of course had kayaking and other things you can do independently but there werenā€™t any exercise classes, beach parties, live music, or anything. Olaā€™s restaurant was the best part of my experience. The food was delicious and customer service was excellent. The location of the resort was good. It was in walking distance to Mambo beach. Overall, I wouldnā€™t go back to this resort.

Loved the proximity to Mambo Beach. Very clean - friendly staff. Restaurant was excellent & we had included breakfast. Could have used a larger fridge. It said kitchenette when in fact it was a bar fridge & a microwave & had to ask for a kettle.

Check in/out was easy. All staff is amazing, polite, helpful, friendly. Hotel is clean. Aquarium is next door. Breakfast is included and there are delicious options with a good portions. The beach has chairs. The water goes very deep right away so not great for very little kids or those who donā€™t swim at all, will need a life jacket. Great pool area. Hotel does offer some free stuff to borrow, we borrowed a pool noodle. There is a free shuttle to a grocery story (min 4 ppl had to sign up), shuttles to downtown. Mambo beach is 5-8 min walk. Overall we enjoyed the hotel. It was clean and quiet.

It was a terrible resort==provided ironing board but no iron, booked a kitchenette but no sink on kitchen ==had to wash dishes in bathtub, provided no shampoo & conditioner & was told to wash my hair with body soap==horrible horrible!! Want to speak with Expedia about this==please contact me
