All was great except key card wasn’t working right. Breakfast ended too early. They said pool was getting cleaned and it would be available. For three days it wasn’t available. Also the worst part is when you are taking a shower the water almost filled the tub before you are finished. Oh plus the microwave was not efficient. But I loved the breakfast and the people were nice and the environment was welcoming.

The biggest problem with the hotel is quality vs price. You pay a lot and it’s fairly dilapidated and we had no hot water in the evening or morning. There was also a syrup spill all across our carpet. Otherwise the room was clean. Also they have no customer service. I tried to review them on the embassy suites website several times and the form wouldn’t submit, then I tried the chat and it wasn’t a person so it kept saying it couldn’t understand. Finally I called and got placed on hold and gave up after a while. By then I was annoyed so I messaged them through Travelocity and got zero response after a full week. It just simply is not worth the price.

Our room was very dirty, we called the front desk about the condition of our room without results. There was dog food on the floor as well as dog hair all over the floor and sofa plus the bed. My wife had to go down to the front desk to request service but wasn't able to get any help. The front desk gave her a vacuum cleaner and told she would have to vacuum herself. There wasn't any clean covers because the one that was on the bed was covered with dog hair. They front desk refuse to change out our room so we were left with cleaning our room and sleeping with any covers. So we left and made a promise to need stay at another Embassy Suites Hotel. Very angry and disappointed with my stay and the lost of money.
