Nice hotel . Pleasant staff.

Pros: Helpful staff, large room, entertainment in lobby and patio cafe.
Cons: room decor and hallway carpeting could be improved, both a little outdated. Food in downstairs cafe is bad.
Location: Close to center, walking distance to many attractions , restaurants and shopping.
Wonderful staff, very helpful. Nice clean lobby and seating area except for cigarette smell.

What a way to stay in Yerevan!!

I recently spent 21 days at the Ani Plaza Hotel on Sayat-nova and Aboviyan in the heart of Yerevan, Armenia and it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Let me start by saying that the hotel staff went above and beyond for me and were simply incredible, very friendly and knowledgeable about Yerevan. The breakfast Buffett was magnificent, the pool, the bar the cafe, all were excellent. The only non 10 out of 10 thing was that, it was a little difficult to keep water from getting out of the shower to the bathroom floor, but this is Yerevan so I excepted that. All in all I would highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Yerevan, for its staff, location, ammendities and comfort are all 10/10!! Shat Shnorhakalutyun!
