Came all the way from surrey 4 hours drive was told this was the best hotel in Bradford.. Got there checked in at 9pm gave a coutsey call few hours before arrival saying ill be there soon etc Got to the hotel and was given a room.as i un packed and sorted put myself ..got in to bed the mattress was dipped on one side and the television wasnt working at all had tape all around it ..so i called reception no one answered for 15 minutes eventually a man answered i explained everything to him and he came up to check my room and he saw the bed and tv....the worst thing is he said there is nomore rooms available... Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Be Careful
I have no issues with the hotel stay but the receptionist took a £50 pre-authorisation when we arrived and then the hotel took £60 from our credit card unexpectedly. I have sent copies of receipts for the drinks we had from the bar (we paid cash) and have been promised the £60 refund will be in my account 'next week' on 7 occasions since it was taken on 6th Dec - it's now 11th Feb and still outstanding. Hotels.com have been no help whatsoever.
