Experienced travelers understand the importance of finding a hotel in the right part of town. If you're vacationing in East Sussex, have a look at Camber, which is situated 25 miles (37 kilometers) to the east of the city's heart.
You'll find plenty to do in East Sussex. Call on a few of the area's noteworthy visitor attractions, like the Beachy Head, Underwater World and Herstmonceux Castle.
If you and your travel companions are planning an adventure through East Sussex, consider spending a few days in Camber. There you can book a room at the The Gallivant, which is a short walk from the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, or alternatively you can stay at the Camber Sands Holiday Park, which is in the vicinity of the Kitesurf Centre.
Unfortunately, there are no listed hotels in Camber itself. You don't need to worry, because Hastings, about 9 miles (15 kilometers) southwest of Camber, contains a range of accommodations. Also, you should consider staying in Rye, about 5 miles (8 kilometers) northwest of Camber.
Travelocity's easy-to-use hotels page features a number of East Sussex places to rest and relax.
