This brand new 1 bed/1 bath is perfect for couples, friends and all outdoor enthusiasts. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom.

A mini kitchenette allows for food storage and prep. Kick your feet up and have a movie night with our HDTVs.

No pets are allowed in this unit.

In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. You should receive an email from Safely shortly after booking (please check your SPAM or junk mail). Please follow the included instructions to complete the process and verify your reservation. Special monthly rates for Safely Insurance and Screening are available for longer stays and may be added on to stays over 30 nights after booking. Great stay with a great location
This is an efficiency property close to town. Kitchen has only bare essentials of microwave, toaster, small fridge, and pod coffee maker. Our stay was pleasant with all the necessary amenities. Even though it was multi unit, we never heard the neighbors even though it appear that all units were rented. We appreciated the no contact check in and check out. Over all a great little stay only blocks away from Moab downtown. Would stay here again given the opportunity.

Loved the BBQ around the corner
Great spot in town. Next to bicycle rentals and a great BBQ joint around the corner that you can walk to. Arches National Park was amazing. Can't wait to go back

Slot canyon unit c...
Great little unit, clean and well appointed in a fantastic location. Quiet but close to down town Moab. Parking is tight, but plenty of on street parking. My only complaint is that there is no bike storage whatsoever. We are in Moab, a biking Mecca! I guess I expect that bike storage is a given. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here for your Moab stay!
