There was a weird smell upon walking into the hotel, but it seemed to be only in the lobby area. The hotel was very clean. Construction in the area makes it a little busy, but that’s to be expected.

The wonderful staff and prime location are what make this hotel a good option. The rooms however are dated, but you get what you pay for! I would also suggest that the hotel install passcard readers in order to operate the elevators for the safety of their guests.
