The warm welcome at reception was nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't like the attitude of the waiter at the Leo's bar when i tried to order food for our room. He ASKED ME TO WAIT 5-10 MINUTES AS HE WAS BUSY OR NOT BUSY FROM WHAT I COULD SEE DOING SOMETHING. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH.

Amazing hotel ! Lovely staff all with great customer support. Just a few cracks on bed room ceiling and bathroom door wouldn’t close properly but nothing major. Room was very clean and comfortable.

A perfect weekend away
I was thrilled with the accommodation. Having stayed before some years ago, I remember it was good, but there has certainly been a lot of attention to enhance the rooms even further. Very clean and well looked after. Only a short distance from Oxford Centre, the location is perfect to enable a visit to a busy city without the stress of driving and parking there, as it has good public transport on the door step.
