Old dingy hotel. A few updates in the bedroom, but bathroom felt original to the age of the building, like 30 years old. Poor maintenance in bathroom with dirty tile, peeling wallpaper, poor caulking jobs. Odd bathroom door layout with not being able to get to toilet or tub/shower with door open. Dirty showerhead and inconsistent water temperature and low water pressure. Heat lamp for bathroom? All mirrors would fog up in bathroom when showering, even with fan on. Breakfast area was spacious and better than average. Outdoor pool is heated and is better and deeper than average. This hotel can cost as much as hotels that are only a few years old, so I was surprised at the condition. Great location downtown - close to everything. Would not stay here again if room was more than $110/night.

Decent if you don’t need to spend time in room
Easy check-in, decent value, room was pretty clean… carpet & floors pretty worn, and carpet in the bathroom was a little suspect. Slept well, and didn’t need to spend too much time in room except to sleep. Heavily traveled location and central to St. George.
