The room is very spacious for a family of 4 with 2 young kids. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Like the separation of toilet and bathing area. The location is very convenient with family mart right next to hotel and JR station in 3 mins walk. It is just 3 stations away from Disneyland which is awesome when we expected to queue for entry to the Park before opening! Public Onsen is amazing after a long day walk. Definitely recommended if you prefer a location closer to Disneyland and not too far from shopping at city area.

This is a beautiful, quiet hotel just three stops from Tokyo Station. The breakfast buffet and onsen (spa) were included in the package I chose and were absolute highlights. All areas are clean, bright and service was wonderful. The attached Family Mart and grocery store one block away were so convenient. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel employees were very friendly. Efficient checking by the guest service agent. Govind was also very helpful in providing information. The plus point is this hotel is less than a minute walk to th le train Shiomi station which is 2 stations away from Tokyo station.
