Thought we were over covid but got hit with the no breakfast due to covid . Stayed at the clarion last month and no problem serving food. Think they are saving a few bucks to use covid as a cover. Otherwise place was just fine old but usable and price was good

Carpet was so dirty we had to put towels down as walking paths so our feet didn’t turn black. The floor was in such bad shape we felt like we were going to fall through; it was spongy and uneven. Close proximity to attractions, but not worth it. The “suite” just had a bunk bed in a small closet. Air conditioner was just a poorly maintained wall unit. Would not recommend this place.

The front desk person during check in was very unpleasant and honestly quite rude. The other two gentlemen we dealt with were pleasant. The room is definitely worn down. The bathroom had clear water damage and the ceiling was flaking off but the beds were clean and the mini fridge worked really well. Loved that we could walk to knotts berry farm. Also the Walgreens being next door was super convenient. Also here is no breakfast. They are still using the COVID excuse. Overall I would stay again for the price.

Don’t stay here!!!!!
The bunk beds might as well have not been included in the “suite” the pictures online are not true. It is very outdated. I kept hearing loud music like a TV or Radio and it wouldn’t let me sleep for two nights. Walls are very thin we stayed in room 235. I called front office and they said no one was next to us. I said I would record and show them proof in the AM. They said let me come over and hear and I said no cuz it was midnight and others were already sleeping or trying to.Then management comes up when I told them not to. We were a group of women and we didn’t want an unknown man coming into our room that late, it didn’t feel safe. Management was unhelpful. Front door lets too much light seep in and curtain isn’t big enough to cover the window. All of us kept saying we were hot in the room because it was humid in there and the AC didn’t work properly. Microwave is weak. Carpets were dirty as soon as we arrived. Our feet were black! Next, they turn off the boiler and they don’t tell you. I showered with cold water! Not enough parking and no elevator for the 200 level. We slept on two queen beds that were comfy. The bunk beds got used as storage because it’s no exaggeration when I say that the ground was more comfortable than those “mattresses”. Please, if you’re considering here— simply don’t. It’s a headache and it’s a lot of work to stay here having to call the office for things that you expect to work and for them to handle.
