The proximity to attractions is awesome. Dining, entertainment, access to freeways. This place was probably amazing 25 years ago. Sadly, not the case anymore. Broken hardware inside of room, rusted shut sliders with no screens, humid rooms with inconsistent air condition. Non functioning lights. I am not one to talk bad about any place but I was sorely disappointed in my stay and surprised Radissons name is associated with the facility. The staff was very helpful and did what they could when they were able, but the property itself needs a rehabilitation from ground up. For the location, I really hope they turn the facility around. For now, it’s dated, uncomfortable, and the rooms are unsafe for small children.

When we got to the room the Central AC/Heating unit would not come on and there was no Hot Water in the room. Also there were no phones in the room so i had to look up the phone number to the hotel and call from my cell phone. They said they would send maintenance. 30 mins later no one had come and my kids needed to go to bed. Now i went to the front desk where they told me they had a water pipe break and it was just fixed and they would send maintenance now for the heat. finally maintenance came who said the AC is set to only do cold and they had to go into the ceiling and switch it to work as a heater and that the thermostat is the wrong type and to set it to cold, now we finally had heat.

This was the most creepy place!! Half of the hotel was abandoned.we got moved 3 times because the heater was not working in all 3 rooms ,woke up to a room that was 63degrees and so cold to shower!! This place was the worst ever😢
