I paid for the diamond club experience and did not get that. Given the amount I paid for this trip, I was a bit let down. I saw my butler ONCE the entire trip and I was only able to get the dinner reservation I asked for my final night. This was after complaining to the front desk. I let the hotel know it was my birthday before and during my reservation - They decorated the doors of other guests who were there to celebrate but not mine. Also - on two occasions, I woke up to random men on my balcony without notice. This was unsettling since I was traveling alone. The men where there for about 10-20 mins to do Maintenace. I notified my butler and nothing was done about it. The property itself was nice the ceiling started leaking over the bar at Taboo. It looked like this has happened before due to the condition of the ceiling. Lastly- the elevators took FOREVER.

Staff was fantastic and beach amazing. Food was satisfactory but less than organized when it came to reservations, etc. Elevators were overcrowded and we had several extended waits. Our room was on 4th floor near elevators so we had to contend with very loud music until wee hours of the morning. All in all, we had a great time there despite some minor issues

Everything was great except the dining options. We stayed 5 days and not once we were able to get into any restaurant, only buffet which had very mediocre food. The last day I had to go to the reception and complain and they were able to find us a reservation at Chopstick at 9 pm. The food was not better than the buffet, they ran out of rice (at a Japonese restaurant), and my daughter got sick. The place was beautiful and the only problem was they can’t accommodate everyone at those tiny restaurants.

The ocean-front view room was really nice, especially during sunrise. The beach was very clean and the sand was really soft. The windows and mirrors in the rooms as well the common areas and elevators could use a little more cleaning.
