Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service was very good and facility is in a convenient location. There was a soft sale on the hotel chain, which I did not care for, but was nothing compared to timeshare type sales pitches I’ve experienced in the past. Nighttime “entertainment” was ‘eh’, but overall had a very nice time.

I enjoyed the property,but they ran out of several alcohols daily. The grounds were nice but, the beach, what they had of it was at the opposite end of the resort and very hard to get to or to find.

My recent stay at this all-inclusive resort was, without a doubt, one of the most disheartening travel experiences I've had. From the beginning, the troubles seemed unending. In the dead of night, three employees barged into my room citing a supposed "noise complaint," disrupting our innocent balcony conversation. The culinary aspect of the resort was equally lackluster. The promise of an all-inclusive dining experience turned out to be a farce. The food lacked any discernible seasoning, resulting in a series of bland and forgettable meals. It was a far cry from the delightful gastronomic journey one would expect from a resort of this caliber. To compound the issues, even the most basic amenities provided in the room were of dismal quality. The shampoo and conditioner felt more like diluted water, leaving my hair in a sorry state. It's astonishing that even these fundamental elements failed to meet basic standards. As if the disappointments weren't enough, the resort's definition of "all-inclusive" took an unexpected turn. The complimentary liquor, a standard feature in such accommodations, abruptly ceased at 11 pm. This premature cutoff was a stark departure from the inclusive experiences we've enjoyed elsewhere and added another layer of dissatisfaction to our stay. Furthermore, the beach, rather than being the tranquil escape we envisioned, was filled with unsightly seaweed. Far from the pristine paradise promised, the shoreline resembled more of a seaweed-ridden waste

First of all, we arrived to find that the room we received was far smaller than the photos showed on the site. It was more like a hotel room than a resort room. We did finally get moved into a room which we thought we had from the photos shown, but we had to pay an additional $400.00 to get it. This was not the way we wanted our vacation to begin. We then discovered the bars do not open until 11:00 am and the pool closes at 6:00 pm. What the heck kind of All Inclusive runs like this? So many people complained about the bars not opening until 11:00. The pools are smaller and quite cold. Lounge chairs are very limited due to the amount of cabanas they have on site. It seems the resort would rather rent the cabanas for $79 a day than have guests enjoy free lounge chairs at the pool. The greed is evident there. My husband and I did agree that the food was good at all the restaurants and the workers were very pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, there is no beach left at this resort so any catamaran or snorkeling is out of the question. There is also a great deal of seaweed daily and the smell can be strong at times. Although we met some wonderful people and enjoyed our time in Mexico 🇲🇽, we will not return to this resort. There were more cons than pros. We will be looking more closely at the descriptions when selecting our next vacation.

I really wanted to love this place. I read the reviews and decided to give it a chance. First of all, if you want a true ocean view, pay for the ocean FRONT room. I paid more for the Junior ocean view suite and was so disappointed. We were overlooking the street and directly looking into the hotel across the streets gym. We had a tiny view of the water if we leaned over our patio. Waste of money. The pool situation was ridiculous. Getting a chair was impossible if you weren’t out there at 7am. But you had to actually sit there or staff would move your belongings. They have these huge cabana beds you can rent but so many were empty and taking up space where free loungers could be! Food was average but avoid the steak place. That was terrible. The drinks were good at the hotel lobby bar but a very limited drink menu unless you paid for “premium” alcohol. The beach was completely covered in sargassum our first 2 days there. We did enjoy some time on the beach our last day. Bars don’t open until 11am so be prepared for a long line as soon as they do open. The spa was a highlight so if you do go, get a massage and enjoy the hydrotherapy. I’m not sure we will return. I didn’t feel that our experience matched the cost of the resort.

I would highly discourage this hotel. Images on Expedia were very deceptive and did not match conditions found at the property. Pool area has strong rotting fish order from the beach area that is not maintained and the seaweed is left to rot. The pool area was unruly similar to a spring break for convicts. We only stayed one night out of three planned. Upon arrival we asked if we could be refunded for early departure and we were assured from front desk that we would only be charged for the first night we stayed. Before check out we had to sign a form that said we were departing early due to no fault of hotel. They said without this form we could not receive partial refund. With guarantees of a refund we changed flights and came home early. Our only dinner at the reservation only steakhouse was horrible. My wife ordered steak that was served rubbery blue raw, not medium as ordered. The potatoes were instant mashed pearls that tasted like glue. Room was also not satisfactory. Room cleanliness was questionable. Checked in late after 5:30 to find housekeepers still in room and prep appeared to have been rushed. No luggage racks provided, so suitcases had to be left on filthy floor.In room entertainment including all premium movie channels was in spanish only. Front desk was unable to assit with changing language options. Upon checking with expedia they contacted the hotel and against what we had been told would not refund our unused nights. This hotel is a scam. Stay away.
