The food was just okay. One of the restaurants, Seasons, was terrible. The food on the menu was completely different from what they brought out, steak was difficult to eat. However, the Teppanyaki restaurant was delicious. The staff was amazing and the property, although small, is very beautiful. The resort beside it covers the pools mid-afternoon so you don't get much sun, which is not great,

We absolutely love this place! The rooms were very nice and clean and the pool and the beach was amazing. The staff was great especially Eddy at the pool! He was super helpful and took care of us. Looking forward to going back again!

Good all inclusive
A good all inclusive hotel where all inclusive really meant all inclusive, including four a la carte restaurants and bottled, imported wine as well as good cocktails and international branded spirits. No lines anywhere and very friendly, fast and proactive service at the pool. Nice big pools and good views. On the flip-side: do not really recognise hotels.com VIP benefits, we're not able to provide a bed table lamp to my suite even though, of course, a bed light was standard equipment in all rooms. They admitted the big inconvenience but were not able to solve it during my week. Buffet was good for an all inclusive but even so, after a few days it got boring and it was good to have the other alternatives. Not much entertainment in the evenings and nothing much in the neighborhood either.
