My family and l spent 3 nights at this resort. We were very pleased by ALL of the staff there! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by friendly and very knowledgeable staff. The hotel its located in the main Zona Hotelera area of Cancun. There was so much to do at the resort. My 7 year old son had a blast participating in the many child friendly activities. This is an all inclusive resort, food and drinks included. The restaurants were amazing, they also have a very 24hr cafe/pastry. My favorite part was definetly the service tho!

This is a very nice resort for the cost I think. Rooms were really nice and the service is excellent. The beach front is beautiful and the cabana's are well worth it to rent. The food was okay, the restaurants very average. The pools are small, but with the ocean right there it didn't matter too much. Great place for kids as there's a kids club and water park.

I lt was such a wonderful stay and they really cater for families. The staff and food is excellent. This is a place you go to relax and enjoy a vacation. The entertainment team is the best I did not feel the need to leave the resort to go on tour because there was always something to do at the resort.

We stayed at this resort for 6 nights I would say it’s an average dated resort with lots of family and kids running around, the resort is very small and there is only one main pool for all these people certainly not enough space and you need to wake up by 6 to reserve a seat otherwise you got nowhere to go ! one small kids pool in the back that barely anyone use because it’s on the west side, we stayed in an ocean view room it’s a really nice view but this hotel has a wild pigeon running everywhere and every night they sleep in the balcony and there is pigeons dropping all over the floor /seats , also there is lots of ants running in the room it didn’t bother us but we didn’t like it The beach is limited I was surprised to see trash in the sand here and there ! The food is hit or miss you have the standard breakfast lunch dinner buffet with no waiting but there is a line for the other restaurant and the wait could be up to an hour don’t expect much of entertainment it’s mostly focused on kids overall for the price it’s ok!
