Close’ish to Disney, but not the best
The room was very dated, and not clean. The lamps weren’t plugged in, and there weren’t any visible/easily accessible plugins to charge electronics. Bathroom was dingy and not that clean. Walls had stuff on them. Our phone didn’t work well and we had two separate middle of the night calls. Breakfast on weekday was a little blah. Took several calls to the front desk for support and once we were at the front desk for 5 minutes with nobody around.

5 stars for staff. Very helpful when our first room had some moisture issues (they've had a lot of rain) so they switched us to a different room. Property itself is basic, but necessities are there and breakfast has all the essentials. Unfortunately, pool was closed when we were there so that was disappointing for kids. Not sure if it's closed for the winter or just for the week. Appreciated free shuttle to and from Disney. Also close to bus line if your schedule doesn't work with shuttle schedule.

All was great. Exept beds in room of 2 to small Housekeeping needs to focus more on carpet Food dry on it. Trash cans when you remove trash bag have trash…. Over all it was 👍. I love that it is near disney have breakfast. I did not see that on the page on line and I purchase a parking ticket for Disney when the hotel have a trolley that takes you to Disney for free .. other than all that it was good no complaints
