There were weird multiple things that happened throughout the stay, we were promised things. Never happened. We had to move our room 3 times due to things in the room not working correctly. Then when we went into the 3rd room, which was way better than the 2 rooms before that, the bed wasn't made and the mattress was bare. We had to wait for the maid to come which took over an hour.

I really like the Marriott Burbank Hotel. I feel safe there when traveling alone. They have room service available and 2 restaurants. My only complaint is that they have no gift shop and very limited vending machines. I was there for several days and ended up going to a grocery store just to have the basics in my room like water, soda and snacks.
