The property is presentable and pretty basic. not bad basic. If you need a decent just a resting place for a while and all you’ll do is explore outside. This is the best place with great locations to save money. The only reason i gave overall 3stars instead of 5 is the attitude of the frontdesk ladies. Went there around 12nn, Feb11,2024 just to leave our things because we know check in time is 3pm. The setting isn’t that busy— sure there are people at the desk but not chaotic—but didn’t get welcome greetings when we went inside the lobby. Just none. My toddler needed to use the restroom in the lobby, I asked the keycard NICELY—just gave it without looking at me. Just rude. And when I went back to give back the card, i say with a soft voice. “Thank you very much “ STILL NO GOOD SMILE or RESPONSE. DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT ME. RUDE. All two ladies are rude like they do not know what a hotel receptionist /front office responsibilities are. Very critical— You should be the face of the hotel that leaves a lasting impression to guests. Be professional and kind, above all welcoming! I get it its a budget hotel but there’s no way to have that bad bad attitude to guests. It’s just the middle of the day—why so cranky?? Have good attitude ladies! But the frontdesk man when we came back, that man that catered us with our check in process around 4pm. He is good. Professional but helpful. Also the man at Motel6 hollywood is really helpful and good. Management—please train the ladies.
