Looks and feels not updated since the 90s. Toilets low and no safety bars anywhere even in the shower. Old lumpy pillows, no cleaning service in the three days there.

The place hasn't been updated since the '90s. There is a low toilet my husband had to lift me off of with my old knees. There's not a safety bar anywhere, not even in the shower. Pillows old and lumpy. Not at all as described in enrollment ad.

The staff was polite, professional, and eager to be helpful. I have ZERO complaints about them My only concern was the room (309). The room smelled of marijuana smoke when I arrived so I needed to air it out, the tub faucet had a constant drip, and the heater/AC wall unit was LOUD (and it couldn't be set to run constantly, so that wasn't an option). However, the location was good, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the housekeeping person did a terrific job.

It was a nice stay, had everything we needed. Breakfast was included, it didn’t have any cooked items like pancakes, eggs, sausages etc. but they did have breakfast sandwiches, pastries, bread/bagels and cereal as well as oatmeal. Location was convenient to Universal Studios! Plus, this location is where they filmed NUMEROUS projects including Sweatpants by Childish Gambino, episodes from Euphoria as well as Parks and Recs and much more! So neat!
