Complementary shuttle service was so convenient for pick up and drop off at Burbank airport, to and from Universal Hollywood. My room was clean. Front desk staff very nice and attentive. Within walking distance of Safari inn, there are food places, a couple of pharmacies, etc. Will stay there again if I revisit Universal Hollywood in the future.

The king room was super spacious and very comfortable room. I love that this hotel will shuttle you to any location in a Burbank. We got to try many great restaurants throughout Burbank, universal, Warner brothers, shopping. Staff was super friendly. We had a bomb of a time, and we recommend this hotel.

The property has a definite retro feel and layout. Rooms have been updated and are clean as well as spacious. We appreciated the free shuttle service to Universal Studios.. and the flexibility to change our return trip. The staff were very helpful. The heated pool a hit for the 7 and 9 year olds in our group. While we did not eat at the Olive’s restaurant, the menu and the early breakfast options delivered to your room looked good. There are several nearby local restaurants as well as a CSV and grocery store .. all of which we accessed! I’d definitely stay at this location again as a point for exploring the attractions in the area.

Unfortunately the beds in our room were very hard and uncomfortable. We planned to stay for three nights but had to check out after one due to a lack of sleep. I explained this situation to the front desk and they said since we booked through Expedia I would have to contact them for a refund. When I did just that; Expedia attempted to reach the Safari for a refund approval and they refused. I ended up paying for two different hotels, major bummer.
