Great staff throughout the resort. Super friendly and helpful! Great entertainment team and planned and led activities throughout the day. Thanks Hugo, Armando, Netto and all the others. Great buffet for all the meals from 7 am to 11 pm and closed only for 1.5 hours between 4:30 to 6 pm; snack and coffee bar open 24 hours. Special dinners on the send evry 3 or 4 nights while we were there. Stacked room fridge and room cleaning/tiding twice a day. Only downside is that, as any 3 star hotel, it needs some updating but kept very clean.

Staff/service was amazing!! Rooms were good but not great (tv didn’t work, couch was hollow/super squeaky, sheets had a few old stains on them but had been washed!, no dressers) but decent size and our beds were comfortable. Drinks were bad at first until we started asking for brand name alcohol which was hidden at first, then they were great! Food was good at world cafe some was bland others were amazing. Ask for bacon at breakfast, it’s behind the omelette station. Tiki taco is a Mexican buffet and the food was great! Great entertainment during the day and at night! Though start time of 9pm for main shows is a little late for the kiddos but also nice if you’re out all day. Beach is great! Though very limited seating and people get up EARLY to reserve it. Kids Water park is awesome though only open from 12-5. Have to ask to have mini restocked but next day it’s done. Pool is missing pieces but they were doing repairs around the whole property while we were there so they’re working on things. Mini golf was great! Get your clubs by the pool. Our kids thought it was paradise, adults thought it was a pretty good place to stay.

This is an average hotel all inclusive that is tired. Some updates in the rooms are needed. As a solo traveler I appreciate the security in and around the hotel. The shows start at 9pm and are loud. Don't expect to go to bed before 10:30 , 11:00. Food is average, many line ups to get seated. You need to get up fairly early to get a lounger on the beach. The ladies at the security at the beach are friendly and will always have a hello for you. It's clean.
