Buenaventura Grand is in a great location and is an excellent place to relax! It is an easy walk to the Malecón and old town PV. There are lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Also, it is an easy car ride to the cruise ship port and other areas if you want to do an excursion. This was our second time at Buenaventura Grand and will definitely be coming back.

Had a wonderful stay at this resort. Wonderful staff, great service at the pool. Food was decent. The great thing is that this hotel is walking distance from the Malecon, local shops and restaurants. Unfortunately we had to evacuate the building one night due to a kitchen fire. We all got out safe and was let back in that same night. I just wished they had a better fire evacuation procedure because we did not hear any alarms nor a phone call.

Second year at this property great experience both times. This time our flight was delayed by about 5 hours. We spoke with Tania at the front desk and she made sure that we could stay at the property use the amenities (pool, restaurants, drinks) while we waited for our new flight details to be confirmed. Typically there is a 150 peso charge per hour per person however she waived the fee. Great experience and great customer service the entire week.

Resort is a bit small so could not stay here much longer then 3 or 4 days for lack of food choices and things to do. Wasn’t much entertainment and you stay at an all inclusive so you don’t have to leave the resort but we felt we had to leave every single day.
