when we arrived, I noticed there were only two towels and one bar of soap in the bathroom. The shower was out of body soap. I mentioned it to the receptionist. She said she would have more towels sent up, which never happened. The following day we spent the whole day at Disneyland. When we got back the room hadn't been clean. This was about the worst stay I can ever remember that I've had in my 70 Plus years.

Great for the amount paid!
Everything was really great, except the room smelled a little musty. I believe the carpets really need to be replaced. It’s an older hotel, just didn’t smell fresh and clean. The hot breakfast is excellent and such a deal!

Was ask by security at the breakfast line to show my room key and my ID cause my wife and I didnt seem to begong there. Nevered in my life have I been so emberras in front of other adults with they're childress. So I went to the front desk and made aware to the person working there I was just targeted cause of my looks and my herittage. She too dint really care and made an excuse saying that the young man just started working there a week ago. Staff needs more training and be more proffesional.

Great service and good breakfast
The free breakfast was really good. The rooms need some updating, bathrrom looks old and it was difficult to keep the room cool. They turn off the air conditioning for the winter, but can't keep the window open because of the freeway noise. Had some issues with the room keys not working, but was quickly addressed.
