The rooms are non smoking which is good, but the facility is not. Guests where smoking outside their room doors, throwing cigarettes butts on the ground. Trash all over the place. This is a trashy hotel. Second issue involves pet rooms. Hotel charges for pets which is a ripoff fee. The room should have be a non carpetted room. The carpet in room 152 is disgusting. Urine stains all over the place. Third issue is general sanitation. Humans should wear shoes at all times in this room, even in the shower tub. If the tub cannot be white like it should be, then replace it. Also the drain has not be cleaned of hair or inadequate because water was backing up into tub. Got out immediately because I did not feel like sranding is sewer water. La Quinta needs to un-brand this location. It is the worst maintained location in the Chain I have been to.

I did not stay. I requested a refund, which I did not receive. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, triggered my asthma and the bathroom was gross. The toilet had urine on the seat and under the seat as well. There was a used wet washcloth hanging over the shower curtain.

A Lobby that smelled of smoke and food was just a forewarning for a room that smelled like old cigarette smoke - the kind of smell that lingers in a house full of chain smokers long after they are gone. This motel needs a complete renovation. The carpet was worn, the curtains were dirty. The hot water was lukewarm before the end of the shower. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

The hotel was easy to access from highway, good parking. As I was moving cross country and towing trailer this was crucial. However, I couldn't exact my arrival and due to weather conditions I arrived 1:30am and the reception was awful. When the clerk fianally opened the door she didn't even speak she simply went to her computer and started typing. Eventually I was informed of my room and dismissed. When I went to leave the maid had her trolley blocking the stairs to exit and when I asked her to move she looked at me as though I asked her to jump off the rail! Enough said but, travelers are weary and in a strange place, just a smile and pleasant attitude will polish over a lot of other inadequacies.
