Didn't like having to wear armband entire stay, very uncomfortable & inconvenient. Fire alarm set off at 6am, not 1 staff member showed up for guidance in evac or safety. Even after alarm was "silenced" the alarm panel showed alarm triggered 3 remaining days of stay. Huge safety concern. Took hours to get response for extra towels and coffee. Food at Seaside Bar was excellent once you get past the sour stench of leaking trash. Beach access was good. Would not consider this a "resort" but an OK hotel for the island.

Staff was friendly. Room was decent. A little out dated. The pool with a bar was dirty. The water level was low so there was no filtering. Too many little kids were allowed to be in the adult pool that had a bar.

The bathroom was so small the door could barely be closed without getting into the bath tub to close the door. Overpriced drinks at the 4 bars on site and guess what, hardly anyone was drinking there because of it. Short staffed in the restaurant. Had an onsite flea market. Could not get a printed receipt, was told it would be sent by email and never received.

Too much construction, we couldnt find the property at first. No towels, wet carpet, old cloths, trash full, tv wasnt working, this was apon check in. During the stay, pool was cloudy, but we tried it. The DJ ran us off. If he played a more diverse music we could have entertained ourselves at the pool. The best part was late night with the bartender near beach. We ordered food and hung out on side walk with our own speaker. He stated we couldnt smoke our hookah near the bar, but the other guest smoked cigaretts, smh..... Never will i use this hotel again. And my daughter and her friends want to visit the island soon!

Bad housekeeping. They tell you they don’t come and make your beds but if you need new towels to call and they’ll bring you new ones. We call in the morning, went to the beach came back in the afternoon and there was no towels in the room. They also don’t pick up the trash from bathroom and room. Do they expect us to do it from them?

What we liked: The check in staff (Hector, Mike) bartenders (Joseph) and Security (Javier) were very nice, fantastic people and very helpful. Wasn't told about the renovations, but we still had a great time and our rooms were wonderful with the beach view. We are still waiting on room deposits to be refunded to our accounts and it has been at least 7 business days.
