The curtains we’re hanging off the curtain rod. There were hand smears of chocolate (or something) on the wall. The bathroom door wouldn’t fully open because either the door was incorrectly hung or the floor was raised and last but certainly not least, I was bitten over 14 times by bedbugs. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

The hotel was not maintained well. Various aromas in halls and in the room. Room door damaged so security lock did not work....

Nicely updated, rooms clean fair pricing. The advertising is misleading, the hotel is connected to the super eight. Upside: Nice rooms, clean and well appointed. Downsides: All hours of the night other guests slamming doors and screaming, the exits are surrounded by people openly smoking weed and hanging around the parking lot like it’s the Trap House.It seems with the COVID outbreak that the hotels have submitted their rooms as section 8 housing. On a up note it is the Nicest Trap house I’ve ever been to. Also they don’t return your safety deposit within ya reasonable amount of time.

We apologise for all the inconvenience you faced. As you must have seen that there are no smoking signs all over. We also request guests not to stand at the entrance and smoke. Even for the noise, we take strict action moment we are notified about the same. For us all are our guest. All bookings are received from various reservation services or third party sites. However, your suggestions are well accepted and we will ensure that the same is more strictly enforced and find ways to avoid such situations. Looking forward to welcoming you on your next visit to the area. Regards

We got there 15 minutes to 3 and said we needed to wait until 3. Then, we needed maintenance to fix the toilet in our room and they weren't available and couldn't use our toilet until I plunged it. That was after 2 pm on Saturday.
