i had to have a handicapped room...was the only thing i needed...you sold me one...when i got there was no handicapped room...room was not useable...will not use you again

I liked everything! I stayed for 7 nights. It turned out that I was allergic to the detergent on the bedding and the staff worked with me to figure that out. The housekeeper, Terri was a gem. Made sure I was set each day. Inquiring if I needed anything at all each day. The hotel staff was all very pleasant and friendly. Even offered to show a room to my brother who needed a special room. Convenient to so many restaurants. Stores are close by. Even found an Aldi's close by too! Yes there was police there. However that made me feel safe knowing that police patrolled the area. One of the reasons was a lady had a siezure in the walmart. Another time was a gentleman was coming into the hotel via his vehicle and the police noticed him swaying in his driving. They wanted to make sure he was ok. I happen to be going into my room at the time. To me....that is making sure people are safe as well as me staying at the hotel.

The room smelled of smoke and made it hard to breathe. My wife’s mobile headphones were broken by the room staff and they tried to conceal it. We kept having to ask for fresh towels and shampoo. The remote to the tv was missing and had to get one for ourselves. We will not be giving our business to Red Roof Inn anymore. Travelocity support team was amazing and so helpful through the changes we had to make during our recent trip. Great job Travelocity!

There was people running around i got charged for a brokern fire alarm that was already broken fly ants spiders blood on the floor hair on the sheet staff was rude
