I didn’t like when you checked in you had to go through a drive thru. I felt like this was a very bad neighborhood.

The cleaning staff was nice but our room was disgusting. The floor, bathroom, etc. were filthy. My socks became black when I walked on the floor and the shower looked like it hadn't been washed in months. I don't even want to think about the bedding. A professional cleaning company should be contracted instead of having the owner's old grandparents do the cleaning. Too bad too because the location is good.

OUR INTERNET WAS HACKED WHILE ONLINE WITH THE WIFI HAD TO CHANGE ALL MY PASSWORDS. VERY EMBARASSING WHEN IT HAPPENED.

Dirty,smells ,and lacks services.

This stay was not pleasant. Dirty room with smoke smell. Breakfast was ajoke.

Red Roof Inn Medina Ohio

Hotel was clean and pleasant. I especially liked the drive thru check in since night was very cold and I got there very late.

OK for a night's rest, but not much more

Based on the two reviews I read on this site (both 5 stars), I was expecting something a bit nicer. The room lacked certain amenities that I have come to take for granted. We were a family of four (two adults, two adolescent sons) in a room with two queen beds. The mattresses were rather soft. The hotel provided two small packet (not bottles) of shampoo, not really enough for four people. The second night, we were not provided with four towels, so I had to get towels from the desk. Room climate control was problematic.

What A Value

I have stayed at the Red Roof MANY times and have been satisfied EVERY TIME! THe staff is great and friendly. Easy Check-in and Check-out (Dont even had to get out of your vehicle) Many fast food restaurants and sit down ones as well. Always look forward to staying at the Red Roof near Medina.

Wonderful!

This motel was so great we stayed again on our way back home. It was clean, comfortable, very friendly staff and was reasonably priced.
