Please fix your heaters and ensure your rooms are working properly before renting. Cleaning staff need to step up their game. Thankfully the staff was very helpful and help me switch my room to a better one.

Floor was not swept when we arrived. There were no towels in the room and when we asked for them we were given the nastiest looking towels. The bed sheets were either stained or dirty. There was no soap in the room either. There was no remote for the tv. That was the worst place i have ever stayed. I will never stay there again

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. The room was bare bone but the bed was very comfortable. I was very surprised at how quiet it was a night there.

The staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. That's the end of anything good I have to say about this motel. It was terrible. I felt unsafe, the 'hotel lock' on the door was broken, the fixtures on the sink were broken so they were only attached by the pipes, there was a whole ecosystem of bugs in the shower, which produced luke-warm water at best. There was no ice (not that it mattered, I wouldn't trust it's cleanliness anyway) the room key-card seemed to demagnitise itself. I had to have it rekeyed every day, sometimes twice. The 'free' WiFi was a bait and switch. It was free for something like dialup speed. Took ten minutes to send an email. You could, of course, upgrade and get only a little slower than you get at home or the nearest coffee shop, for a 'nominal fee' of course. Oh, and the other residence were horrific. Running and screaming drunk all night. The cops showed up once. I've never been so happy to see a motel recede in my rear-view mirror in my life.

The door to my room was unsafe. It didn’t secure safely and I had a problem unlocking the door with card key. I checked out early Saturday and felt unsafe to stay there so I will need a one day refund.

Arrived about 8:30 pm. Was told room had no blankets or linens. Was given option to review room before accepting and did. Room had not been attended to other than sheets put on the beds. Was lucky and found one set of linens in a hanging wall holder. No shampoo/ conditioner. Dirty floor. Used linen hanging on bathroom wall.

Reservations aren't honored. No towels!?! No TV!! Room smelled BAD. Four police cruisers in parking lot. Left immediately and found decent accommodations.
