The staff was very nice, beds ok, handicap bathroom the sink is coming off the wall, repairs are not done, parking lot very slick and icy, no cleaning on parking lot very bad and not safe for handicap. No refrigerator, no coffee pot or microwave in our room. Pet friendly but you don't say they are going to charge $20.00 per day that should be upfront.

We found drug detox containers and test strips in our trash can upon entering the room. Carpet was very dirty and stained. Overall room just felt dirty and uncomfortable. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Ive stayed here before. I like its spot and its a good place for me to stay. We had an incident happen in our room in the middle of the night but the guy at the counter was kind enough to get us a new room ASAP. My friend was a little more critical of the rooms flaws.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently on my trips to Anchorage as I live in Soldotna Ak and would recomend giving this hotel try as I have never been woken up one time which is unbelievable as I stay mostly on weekends but believe me after you give it a try but dont tell to many or it will be sold out and I will be looking for one just like this hidden gem!!!!
