"Amazing Coustomer service was provided at the hotel by the staff. Anastasya was absolutely lovely at the front desk. We came here because we got stuck in the highway because of a snow storm. I’m incredibly greatful that we found this hotel. The staff made us forget about everything the moment we walked in the front door. "

"This place is pretty great. We were so thrilled we could bring our dog. As others have mentioned, it’s a bit worn and dated inside, but fully functional and had what we needed to cook meals and feel right at home. Fireplace is so cozy! The pots and pans could be replaced - they are very scratched nonstick pans so we didn’t use them. There was one small stainless steel pan we used the whole time. The community hot tub was a nice perk, but it’s more of a warm tub - not so hot. Probably great in the summer! When we weren’t skiing we loved playing pool in the cabin next to the pool and walking the paved path to the gondola and back -- very nice walk and you can get coffee and food in the gondola base area. Overall great stay!"
