"The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The amenities that the hotel provided were always available. The only criticism was that due to the snow melting and freezing, the road and the walkways were hazardous to walk on and I believe they should make more effort to prevent the icing, or remove the ice."

"Our two families booked this unit for our annual ski trip! The host was very responsive to inquiries and communications! It’s about a 1/2 mile walk to River Run Gondola but there’s also a shuttles 2x an hour. Great restaurants nearby. Plenty of room in this condo for our families to rest, relax and get ready! The pool area could use some maintenance but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it nightly. I would book this unit again! "

"My wife and I wanted to get away for a couple of days and ski. This Condo was perfect for what we wanted. We drove in and parked in the underground covered parking, grabbed one of the three luggage carts and took the elevator up to the room. Everything was neat and clean with a great view of the RIver Run village from the 3rd floor balcony. Check-In and Check-Out was easy, just as explained in the welcome information. The owner also checked in with us via the VRBO account to ensure everything was as expected. We never left the area, several restaurants, bars, shops, and a small grocery store right in the village. We skied 2 days and enjoyed the village for dinner, drinks, and sweet snacks in the evening. We have nothing but good things to say, highly recommend!"
