cheap price but that's it. Tried 4 non smoking rooms before we got one that didn't reek of cigarette smoke. Bedding had cigarette burns in it. Bathroom sink had only 1 tap that worked. I didn't expect anything fancy but this place is really underwelming

Without saying about it online they had a sign only in the rental office that they will charge a $5.00 fee if you use a card and charge the cost to stay. I tried to pay cash but because I charged to my card they wouldn’t refund my card and let me pay cash ! My brother & I had to go all the way back to the office because we didn’t have but one small towel and one drying towel ! Rented online 2 hours before arriving and had to in plug the water before we could use it !!! The bath door had been forced open destorying the door faceingon doornob side !!! Tv was cable but was in bad shape to see the clear picture !!! The front window curtin had a hole about in the middle you could see through in or out. So had to use two strips 6 inches long to cover the hole so nobody could see in before we could even undress to shower. Room next to us had a hole in front window you could climb through with nothing even taped over it but room was vacant !!! Carl P.S. was room 129 ! Bad choice !!!

This was THE WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed in!!!! Roaches clawing across the night stand, multiple extension cords, dirty linen, nasty bathroom floor, non functional TV, no coffee maker, extremely loud neighbors, light fixtures broken by bed and in bathroom, room stank, bed extremely uncomfortable. Soooo very unhappy and will NEVER go back. Seriously questioning Travelocity’s choice of listing this ‘hotel’!!!!!!

Just a run down motel. Needs a lot work. Rooms need a new carpet. We found first room full of crickets and carpet in second room was just as bad a condition. I very rarely give feedback on a motel, but this one need some help.

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry you had a bad experience with our hotel. We are an older property but we do try to keep it as clean and updated as possible. That being said, crickets have run amok in this area this year and even with our pest control service every month, we still find crickets. Thank you for your review. I will look into the hours posted. While the lobby itself is closed between 11 pm-5:30 am, there is a person on duty 24 hours with a window to help guests. Great place to stay for what I needed.

This was a great place to stay for what I needed. I needed a place to sleep and get cleaned up. Close to gas, food and interstate. The lady that checked me in was very nice and courteous. I would definitely stay again.

Great Stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Guest Inn in Ardmore. The room was clean and neat and had everything I needed to feel at home. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The breakfast sausage biscuits and coffee were extraordinarily good.

Will Stay Here Again

Everything was good during our stay. The staff was friendly and we had good service. They were very helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean. Their location was perfect for our plans. We will stay here again and tell our friends. Thank you.
