They completely lost the reservation and had no rooms. Desk agent said she could not find it and the confirmation number wasn't correct for their system. She called the Fairfield nearby to see if we were there. No dice. She offered one other hotel whose clerk was very nice but found all the hotels she could contact had no rooms either. I finally called Travelocity and they confirmed the reservation had not been cancelled. They then called the Wingate and the agent confirmed they did not have the reservation in their system and had no rooms. The Wingate desk agent wouldn't give her name or contact a manager. She was not wearing a name tag. Travelocity was able to find us a room at a Red Roof in Hendersonville, about 10 minutes away which we barely arrived in time to keep. I will never do Wyndham again if an alternative is available.
