The rooms are old, carpet is terribly old and creepy. $14 for a half of glass of wine! Food is way overpriced as well. No sound proof room heard a baby crying all night. The lobby is nice and doesn’t match the rest of the hotel!

Close to the airport

Pros: This is my Christmas Eve hotel of choice so I can make an early airplane departure on Christmas morning to fly to see my family
Cons: Please keep the 24 hour shuttle service on Christmas.
I always stay at this hotel on Christmas Eve so fly out early Christmas morning to visit my family. I pick your location as they provide shuttle service on Christmas. The shuttle drivers are excellent. Your hotel staff coordinates my travel on the shuttle so I don't have a wait time. Yes, your customer service is excellent. I like my car is in a gated parking lot knowing it will be safe upon my return. I will be returning next Christmas Eve as well. Thank you very much.

Great location 10 minutes from Atlanta

Overall, my experience was ok. Check in was quick & our room wasn't far from the exit which I liked. However, you have to use a room key to get in & out the parking lot needless to say that's very annoying. Also, they charge $8 for parking but when we returned there was nowhere to park because a huge RV took up 5 spaces. The beds are amazing so comfortable. The staff is fine but I should have been told about the additional charge upon check in. Of course it was NYE so prices were high but they definitely overcharged for the complete experience there is no breakfast & they don't even have a lint roller. I would give this hotel 3 star only because of the location & the amazing bed.

this hotel was ideal for this part of my trip

Pros: Free Internet, in-house restaurant
The new Marriott concept of an open lounge/lobby with the snack bar and small bistro was great. It was just what was needed after traveling all day and unpacking and then trying to decide where to go to have something to eat. A lot of convenience for the price.
