I always stay at this hotel when I am catching a plan but this time I was said to find my shower had a bad case of mold and mildew.

Service was terrible at the front desk. The room was not clean, the headboard looked to be damaged by an animal, and the room smelled moldy. I was not offered another suite and when I asked to be refunded, they refused. I was stuck in a city a do not live in with no choice but to find other lodging.

The hotel is okay but there was a eye lash on the floor from previous stay. There was breakfast but Ashley the waitress told me that I had to pay for breakfast and she also had an attitude because we came in ten minutes before breakfast ended. However, I went to another waitress to get Ashley’s name and she apologized and told me to go over to Herb n Kitchen to get a free cup of coffee. When I got there Donald made my day. He was so sweet. He provided coffee and a croissant with bacon and cheese and apologized for Ashley. The hotel was overall good except the eye lash on the floor.

My room was full of dust bunnies, had to go to Walmart and buy a duster to dust it. The hotel room’s bathroom was not to clean, I purchased bleach from Walmart to sanitize the entire bathroom. Management staff were very nice and professional. Someone charged a bar tab to my room, during my stay. The jacuzzi jets for the inside pool was not working, the floor of the jacuzzi’s was chipped and particles floated inside the inside pool. House keeping services were very slow to respond at times, it took 3 hours total for them to bring me the towels and hotel robe I requested. The elevator that takes you up to your room closes on you while your trying to enter the elevator. The hotel room windows were very dirty, I was a bit disappointed by that, but then again, I was up on the 16th floor with a great view. All and all I give the hotel 3.2 The management staff was very professional and assisted with any problem you had. Not sure if I would stay there again during my next trip.
