The hotel rooms and hallways were dirty. The bathroom had pee on the toilet and floor, and linen had makeup stains and hair all over it.

Great, comfortable stay
Very convenient location for access from the airport with a car. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, the furniture appeared new and there was bright modern lighting. Area felt safe and adjoining properties were well-lit. There is ample parking in the back of the front lot is full.

As a family of 4, we booked a room with multiple beds. When we checked in, we were given a room with one double bed and told there was nothing else available. Desk staff did not care and we had to make quite a big fuss and suddenly a room with 2 double beds was available but they were really not happy about giving us this room. When we swapped, we had to go down and collect additional bedding as we realised there was also a sofa bed but they wouldn’t make this up and we had to do it ourselves if we wanted to use it. We had to make 2 more trips to reception for extra towels and pillows as too few were supplied. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were big. Very noisy from airplane noise which we had expected as it’s so close to the airport. The app says there is a shuttle bus but this is for the domestic terminal only. When we asked about this, staff didn’t even offer to order us a taxi, we sorted this ourselves and it was about $30 for 4 people. Would not recommend this hotel.

I like that it’s close to the airport and fairly updated. The bar/restaurant has decent food, nothing special. Customer service is always good. I’m not a fan of the bed pillows but the bathroom is modern. This time the hotel was extremely full due to a cheerleading competition so no hot water. Under normal circumstances that doesn’t happen. I’d stay again

I find myself feeling quite disappointed with the overall experience. To begin with, if you want to enjoy a meal at the bar, you need to place your order there. Failing to do so means you'll likely never receive service from the restaurant, nor will you be able to get any drinks. It feels frustrating to have to go through that extra step just to get a bite to eat or refreshment. Moreover, the payment policy is quite stringent. You are required to pay upfront for your orders, and there is no option to charge anything to your room account. It's perplexing since they have already charged your credit card for a deposit—what's the point of that if there's no convenience later on? Additionally, the cleaning service in your room is not automatic. The only time anyone comes to take care of trash or tidy up is if you specifically request it. It’s an inconvenience to have to remember to ask for something that should be part of the usual service. Without a request, it seems no one will come by to assist you with even the most basic housekeeping needs.

Note that this hotel is not at the second stop of the Skytrain where the other hotels are located, you will need transportation to get to it on the other side of the tracks. Breakfast is not included, and you cannot charge food or drinks to your room. Food was passable but forgettable. This hotel is directly below the flightpath, so the first takeoff of the morning will wake you up, depending on which runways are being used. Rooms are large, no complaint there. Front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is not expensive, so budget minded travelers will be satisfied.
