Run down. Evening staff like she wanted to be elsewhere. Morning staff much better. Not terribly good deal for the price. Option of last resort, when need exceeds pocket.

Was told to wait an hour at 4:30pm check in. Came back at 5:30 to a room that was a mess with shoes and food on the table.

There is a minor bug issue that i have experienced both trips. I guess that means it isnt minor. So this must be dealt with.

Everything about this property is horrible. Overly sensitive room keys and no one on site after 9pm to reactive key. HORRILBE PLACE!!!!!

Hot Water heater broke all 3 days/nights. Only cold water worked. They offered to let us swap rooms after first night, but we got back too late the second night (their front desk and office close at 11pm), so we just stayed hoping they would get hot water fixed by 3rd day.....however they did not. Cigarette burn holes all over the bed spread (in a "non smoking room.") Lots of bugs as well. Other than that, the location was great for us, and felt safe and quiet.

The fridge was dirty and the freezer was iced over so much we couldn't get anything in there. . . I booked the room for 14 days but they mixed up my reservation so I could only stay one night. The linen was spotty and smelled as if it was dirty.

Second time same issues!!!

Booked a 2 full bed room for 2 adults one child. Someone in room already. Had to go in anotherroom w 2 twin beds. Room not cleaned floors sticky. Not enough towels.

Worst stay ever

Pros: nothing
Cons: the entire hotel including staff
Location: plenty of places to eat, Walmart nearby
When I checked into this supposed queen size deluxe room there gnats flying around everywhere. They did offer switch my room but could not be done until next morning. To my amazement, I found out they do not have any queen size beds anywhere else in this hotel. They call full-size(double) beds queens, what a ridiculous thing. This place is a joke, yes it is under construction, but they should close down totally and try again with a real remodel company and not the drunks and crackheads they have fixing the place. The staff members are the rudest people on the planet.
