This is a suite in the walkout level of a split level. Self Entry with your phone number (last 4 digits) as the entry code. Comfortable and quiet area. Secure locks and flood lights outside your door so grounds are always lit.

Roxy is onsite upstairs and can be accessed by text or knock on the door. Ran is across the street and is a co-host. Both contact numbers can be found in your suite

Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to a house that has a small convenience store operation.

Marta is a 20 minute walk away. Airport is a 12 minute drive
1. No smoking in the house. Back patio and front patio ok.
2. Keep noise level down after 10PM and before 8AM
3. No unregistered guests after 10pm
4. No shoes in the house
5. No pets of any kind inside house. (there is an enclosed backyard)
6. NO Infants under 5 years of age
