Hotel is in good location, easy to find. Easy check in. Building needs some tlc. Holes in walls and damage in hallway and rooms. Carpet in room has stains all over it. Fridge looked like someone used it as a punching bag. Portable fans in room which did not do much to counteract the heat. Doors did not auto look for room so anyone could open the door. Have to physically turn the lock, to stop from being opened. Hotel ok as a last minute booking when nothing else available. Maybe security needed at front of building to deter unwanted people loitering out the front entrance.

It was a central place to stay close to motorway and across from public transport. Nice big park across the road and a bay for your car. Stayed over New Year and not to noisy

The property is in a very dodgy area, we could not sleep due to noise outside, heavy partying, loud music & young ones running a muck across the road at the park at 3am. The pillowcases & sheets seem like they hadn’t been washed, the rooms smell like body odour, the cleanliness level of the entire place was a 3/10 for us. Portable Air con unit, with pipe outside the window. For the price we paid, I definitely felt like it was overpriced for what we got. Elevator was playing up when we arrived, so we walked 10 flights of stairs to our room with our suitcases. I definitely would not stay here again with my children. Exception - the reception staff was helpful & kind.
