Very nice clean place right off the highway. Both the front desk and manager greeted me and offered a welcome gift. There was a very nice gym for my workout. I would recommend this property.

Full of Superlatives

Pros: 1. Spotless; 2. Service and Staff 3. Location 4. facilities
Cons: All I can think of is the heat and a/c could benefit from a thermostat.
Location: Easy access from I-35, and once you learn the through streets you can get anywhere in minutes without awful Georgetown traffic.
Our new favorite in Williamson County! Terrific location--easy to get to shopping, downtown, Starbucks....you name it! When the room was not large enough for our needs (a small Queen bed), we were immediately moved to a double Queen. Beds were almost as terrific as the new Sheraton...definitely as comfy as Hampton, and for less....for older folks with bad backs, they were welcome for a five-night stay. This is absolutely the cleanest, most customer-oriented hotel we've stayed at. Kelvin, the desk clerk, was amazing...every need was seen to immediately--from a rear door we had a problem with to helping me go in the pantry when I wanted water and tea bags (hands full from shopping!) All the staff were friendly and never failed to ask if they could do something. The cleaning staff should be proud of their work--absolutely NOTHING to complain about, and that is a rarity. Loved the bedding--very comfy, soft, and a featherbed for freezing feet! The only thing I can think of to point out was the sort of outdated A/C/Heat...wish there had been a separate thermostat. Kitchenette was well-stocked--full size fridge, two burners, pots and pans, EVERYTHING, and spotlessly clean.

Smoke-smelling room.

1st room smelled like smoke so they gave us another room. We cancelled the rest of the week, because they didn't have breakfast & no king-size beds.

Really nice hotel with kitchen.

Great room with all amenities but bed could not be moved away from wall on one side. Made it difficult to get into bed on that side when there are 2 people.

Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms!

Stayed here with my family for one night because the Holiday Inn next door was sold out. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. Kids enjoyed the in room dvd player and free movie library(though selection was a tad dated.) No pool or breakfast, but staff was very friendly and explained that this was due to them being an extended stay hotel. The rooms did have full sized kitchenettes, fridge, and pots/pans/silverware which would have been useful had we stayed for longer than one night. Only complaint was firm pillows, however the young man at the front desk offered to bring feather pillows up to our room after we mentioned it to him while passing the front desk. We would definitely stay here again because of the friendly staff and clean accommodations.

Excellent hotel

Pros: Free Internet
The checkin process was really easy. We needed to know if there was a restaurant nearby. He asked what kind of food we wanted and when we finished unloading the luggage he had printed directions to two places and suggested we try the one he liked best. It was a great place to eat. The room itself was much better than we expected. Checkout was also a breeze.
