Warner Cottage is a cute, quaint, and completely remodeled 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath home located in the heart of the village and steps from Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course. Enjoy the privacy of a stand-alone house with the convenience of everything the Strip has to offer. The pet friendly Warner Cottage has 1 queen bed and 2 full sleeper sofas, accommodating up to 6 people. Make yourself at home in the fully stocked kitchen equipped with cookware, plates, glassware and silverware, and fresh linens and towels are provided for your convenience. A/C, cable TV, and wireless internet are available throughout the home. After a day of activities, you can unwind outdoors next to the fire pit with a glass of wine form the nearby winery or prepare a scrumptious meal on the stocked propane grill.

Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is easily accessible just off South Warner Drive.

Amazing stay
This was the second time staying at this location. Great walking distance to strip and plenty of parking. Plenty of space for my fiancé and our dog. Would highly recommend.

We always enjoy our stay at GOTL. This cottage was close to the strip. We didn't spend a lot of time there, but enjoyed most of it. The bed was a bit uncompfortable

Optimum Overflow
Our family brought a large group of 25 to Geneva-on-the-Lake, most of whom stayed in the larger Colonial adjacent to this smaller cottage, but having the additional space & beds available for our "overflow" was SO convenient for everyone. It's small & modestly appointed, but clean, comfortable, and accurately described in the posting. Communication with Matt, the host, was also first-rate (he allowed an early check-in on a travel day with wickedly poor weather). Another big plus for our clan was that the adjacent house had a large accessibility ramp, making it extremely easy for those of us who are impaired to participate in all the family activities, as well - a place with first-floor access to stay & sleep, and an easy ramp to the larger house next door. Plenty of parking, too! A great place if, like us, you're bringing lots of troops!

This is the perfect little cottage for two. Me and fiancé absolutely loved it. The only downfall was the bed wasn’t the best. It’s the perfect location because you can walk the strip and go to all the nice shops and bars. If you don’t like loud music then this isn’t the place for you. They have a live band that plays usually on the weekends. The home was clean and dust free as well. We had a nice little fire pit and the weather was perfect. We will be back.

Great location
This cute little cottage was perfect for my boyfriend and I for the weekend! We couldn’t of asked for a better location. We could always hear the live music from the bar next door and everything on the strip was in walking distance. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. I would not stay here with more than 2 adults, though. It is perfect for a couple or a family with small children. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Good for people who enjoy night life. Loud band outdoors every night very close to house. Fun if you are up for that in the evenings, just not what I was looking for. Cottage fine, but bed quite soft. Good location to strip but not necessarily to the lake

Exactly as listed, only problem was the beds were pretty uncomfortable but other then that no problems!! Wasn't able to stay the 2nd night and was able to get a refund for that night
