Located on 14 acres it gives you the feel of being away from it all, but it’s just minutes from Baylor University and downtown Waco and all the city has to offer. If you’re interested in surfing, wakeboarding or just floating the lazy river then you’re in luck, we’re just about 5 miles from Waco Surf. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master Suite has a king bed, other rooms each have queen beds. Each room is equipped with 55” smart TVs. Have kids? Plenty of space for the kids to enjoy their time. You can take them to the pond and throw a line on in the water or spend time playing board games or video games in the secluded gameroom.
The kitchen offers plenty of space to prepare your meals and dine at the house, whether it be inside or outside. Outdoor seating and dining is an option, as well as, an evening around the fire pit (as long as there isn’t a burn ban in effect)
