Our stay was fine but the property is showing its age. We had a sheet with ragged edges all around it, that covered our bed. But my husband said it was one of the best showers ever so points for that. The breakfast buffet is generously named; it was pretty sad. We went next door and had a beautiful breakfast for the same price. But the location can’t be beat and the staff were very nice.

We would stay here again. It was walking distance to shopping, dining and the bus stopped right out front of you needed to get to the ski hill. We especially liked that they had an above ground parking option as our vehicle won't fit in an underground parkade.

My only complaint was the treatment from the young man who worked the front desk at midnight on 2/23. We had a group of UNRULY/ ENTITLED men partying in their room and in the hall. The noise was unbearable. After an hour of trying to ignore this I called the front desk - The person on the other end actually chuckled when I told him what was going on. When I called him out on being disrespectful - he apologized and said he would send security if it continued. I ALSO PAID FOR MY ROOM! but that didn't seem to matter. And as a point of context - I travel about 100 nights a year and have never EVER complained about noise in the past.
