The pool was open, not reserved until 4pm. At 3:05 the front desk staff would not allows us to book and swim...as he said it would "only be fair if we had the whole hour".

I love the quickness of check-in, the cleanliness of the place, the comfort of the king- size bed, the staff was wonderful. It's the only place we've stayed at that is so quite. You don't hear people going by in the hall or in the rooms next door.

Facility was great! But, the people were excellent! Life is all about relationships, and the folks here sure make us feel welcomed!
