Not very clean

Pros: Good location
Cons: Cleanliness
Location: Near mediocre restaurants
First room had no door strike to retain the door lock mechanism, no blankets or pillows on bed. Second room had a dead cricket on the bathroom floor and the toilet had obviously not been cleaned. The drain pan in the icemaker had obviously not been cleaned in weeks and had bacterial growth.

Huge Rooms and Clean

The rooms are huge and everything was clean. The staff was friendly. There are a lot of restaurants and a movie theater nearby. It's a quiet hotel. The beds are very comfortable.

Wish I would've discovered this gem long ago!

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Loved this hotel...I have family in the Beaumont area...I usually stay at another hotel nearby---and am SO GLAD that I took a chance to stay here at the Comfort Suites. This hotel is near entertainment, great restaurants...but the thing I loved most was the modern new feel of the place...great furnishings, great style...felt like a big city 4 star hotel...nice. Highly recommended!

Good Stay

Rooms large, clean, nice place to stay.... will be back. Continental breakfast includes eggs and bacon, but not a big plus.
