Well-maintained, clean, convenient. Restaurant offered tasty food, wait staff was excellent. I found a convenient parking spot. Great place to stay when we had an early flight out the next morning.

We chose the property because of its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service they offer. The connections to the hotel without a car are really bad. We walked a very long distance to get to the hotel from the Terminal 5 S-Bahn station. Sadly, we also discovered that the shuttle service had been farmed out to a private firm which charged us €30 for the 10 minute trip. Many hotels that charge what this hotel charges for rooms would offer a free shuttle service. I felt deceived that the shuttle service advertised was not free.
